Payments and Refunds

Payments

New students will have to pay an one-time registration fee of €95,- before enrollments can be proceeded. Students who are admitted to the course will receive an invoice of the tuition fee and are requested to complete the payment within 30 days. Costs for the exams,  the first re-takes and some syllabi (not books) are included in the tuition fee. Partial payments are NOT possible. 

Tuition Fee 

Tuition fees are paid annually.

Payments that are not received on time will automatically lead to invalid registrations. In some courses where there is limit of places, his or her place will be given to the next candidate in the waiting list. 

Foundations of Western Medicine 
Duration : 1 year
Per year : € 1795,– including exams *, tea & coffee 

Foundations of Chinese Medicine
Duration : 1 year
Per year : € 1795,– including exams , syllabi**, tea & coffee

Acupuncture
Duration : 2 years
Per year : € 1795,– including exams , syllabi**, tea & coffee

Chinese Herbal Medicine
Duration : 2 years
Per year : € 1795,– including exams *, syllabi **, tea & coffee

Tuina
Duration : 2 years
Per year : € 1795,– including exams *, syllabi **, tea & coffee

Exam Fee 

Second re-take exam: € 100,-

Extern:
Entry-exam: € 100,-
Evaluation exam for professional associations: € 300,-

Cancellations

  • Cancellation of participation in the training is only possible in writing or by e-mail.
  • The date on which the cancellation was received at our office determines the date of cancellation.
  • In case of cancellation – depending on the moment of cancellation – a part or the full tuition fee will be charged:
    – If canceled up to 14 days prior to the training, there are no costs.
    – If you cancel from 14 days before the start of the course, you will pay 50% of the tuition fee.
    – In the event of cancellation after the start of the course, the full tuition fee is due.

Refunds

Tuition fees – except where the cancellation policy applies – are not reimbursed, except in extreme cases where participants are unable to attend the course as a result of serious accidents, illness or death. In those cases, the participant or legal representative can request a partial refund from the office no later than three weeks after the start of the course.

From 14 days after the registration, the registration fee is not refundable.
