Dr. Wu will discuss Spleen and Stomach Diseases and Syndrome Differentiation based on the six Meridians by treating the following topics:

➢ Theory of the Taiyin Yangming diseases

➢ Syndrome identifications of  Spleen and Stomach diseases and San Jiao

➢ Identifying the pulse and treatment of the Tai Yang disease

➢ Identifying the pulse and treatment of the Shaoyang disease

➢ Identifying the pulse and treatment of the Yangming disease

➢ Identifying the pulse and treatment of the Taiyin disease

➢ Identifying the pulse and treatment of the  Shaoyin disease

➢ Identifying the pulse and treatment of the  Jueyin disease

➢ Herbal prescription method for Spleen and Stomach diseases

➢ Prescribing herbs for Spleen and Stomach diseases according to the four seasons

➢ Spleen and Stomach diseases and its effect on all kind of diseases

About the lecturer:

Professor Wu was born into a family of Chinese medicine practitioners. He has obtained a Master’s degree in clinical medicine from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a doctoral degree in internal medicine from Huaxi Medical University. He has been engaged in the clinical work, research and publications of Chinese and Western medicine for more than ten years.
He is among others a Doctor of Medicine, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Oncology as well as Chief Physician of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine of Tianjin Medical University.

Chinese medicine specialization:
– Using the diagnosis theory based on the 6 meridians and giving clinical guidance about the law of transformation of the six meridians
– Treating a combination of disease syndromes as a whole by regulating the Qi and the Shen
– Establishing febrile diseases and syndrome differentiation based on the six meridians and treatment
– Proposed the theory of tumors syndrome differentiation based on the six meridians
– Compiled the Chinese medicine curriculum of physiology and pathology
– Engaged in clinical immunology research, Chinese medicine immunomodulation treatment of auto-immune diseases and malignant tumors, Chinese medicine anti-tumor recurrence and metastasis research.
