It has long been applied both for the personal development of practitioners and as a supportive approach in patient care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This course offers a practical introduction to techniques that help practitioners develop and work with Qi, both for their own well-being and in the context of treating others. The methods presented can be integrated with Acupuncture, Tuina, and Herbal therapy.<br>Attention is also given to one-on-one guidance, enabling practitioners to support patients in learning simple Qigong exercises that may complement their treatment process.<br>This course is intended for practitioners seeking to deepen their practical skills in Qigong within a clinical or therapeutic setting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Day 1: Qigong Health Exercises \u2013 Part 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aim: To introduce fundamental principles and internal dynamics of Qigong in relation to health and self-improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u201c18 Tongbei\u201d exercises and Swinging Arms as dynamic warm-up methods for meridian activation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posture practice (standing, sitting, lying, and walking)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relaxation through Stillness Qigong<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting techniques such as Paida (body tapping), Dao Fa (shaking methods), and self-massage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Day 2: Qigong Health Exercises \u2013 Part 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aim: To further develop understanding and practical application of Qigong for health and clinical use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dynamic health-oriented Qigong exercises, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Neck exercises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arm and shoulder exercises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spinal exercises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hip exercises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leg exercises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posture practice (standing, sitting, lying, and walking)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introductory mind-regulating practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting techniques such as Paida, Dao Fa, and self-massage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Medical Qigong is one of the oldest therapeutic methods within Traditional Chinese Medicine.
