As a therapist, you are mainly trained as a professional who gives the right treatments and advice to the patient. But to successfully run your own practice, entrepreneurship is also expected of you. This theme often remains underexposed during the study and the period immediately following it. This training ‘Active in practice’ offers a complete format so that you can start your own practice with success and confidence from the start.

Petra Tjeertes takes the participant in this course through what entrepreneurship is all about. Facts and rules, but also pitfalls and challenges. An interesting insight into the ‘running’ of a practice that offers you something to hold on to. In the past, Petra has supervised various processes for starting companies in the financial services sector. She knows better than anyone what you as a therapist have to deal with when starting your own business. Thanks to her many years of work experience in the field of advising on business strategy, tax-legal aspects and market exploration and processing, she knows how to motivate and her insights help the participant to do business successfully in a practical way.
