Tuition fee will, in principle, not be refunded except in extreme cases when students are not able to continue or finish their studies due to serious accidents, disease or death. In those cases, the student or relative can apply in writing to the university office for a refund. Those who apply for a refund within one week before the start of the course will get 75% of the fees. Those who apply within three weeks after the courses starts will receive 50% of the fees. After this date there is no longer any right of refund. Registration cost is not refundable.
